M&E Contract at Soho House Hotel

Babington House is a Grade II listed building set in the heart of Somerset. Owned by Soho House, this hotel was opened in 1998 enabling enjoyment of the countryside without compromising on urban luxuries.

Ian Hobbs Technical Services carry out all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of the site. Installations, breakdowns, repairs and service maintenance are carried out on a daily basis by our engineers covering air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and heating services.

The Main House has a kitchen, log room, orangery, bar, library, pool room and study. As well as the main house, other facilities we attend to at Babington House include the Cowshed Relax spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, gym, steam room, aroma room, sauna and a cinema.
